Salmon Salad
For lunch, we revisited Saturday night: salmon salad (baked salmon, celery, shallot, parsley, dijon, mayo, a squeeze of sweet relish, dried dill, fresh ground black pepper. Needed a zip of sherry vinegar), wheat thins (an unusual food purchase/treat!) and the rest of the asparagus.
Pelmeni!
TJ's chicken pelmeni with sour cream, leftover mushroom ragout, and Brussels. This was a delightful combination!
